Now that Diana’s Spring/Summer 2012 range for Dee V has been released, it has recieved nothing but positive reviews in the tabloids and press! Just a few of them can be read below. Diana Vickers was once described by Cheryl Cole as ‘cute as a button,’ and judging by these amazing new shots from her Very.co.uk collection, we’re inclined to agree. Diana looks more gorge than we’ve ever seen her as she models her SS12 collection – and we kind of want to log on and buy it ALL. The collection features retro prints, cute midi skirts and cropped tops all of which is making us think Grease – which in our eyes is always a good thing. Oh, and that cream coat? If we could slip that on every morning, getting out of bed would be an awful lot easier. However, our favourite part of the whole thing is Diana’s hair. We just wish we could pull off the cute swirl on the top of our heads, too. *sigh* How long till pay day?

“Diana Vickers talks YOU through her Very sexy fashion collection, radishes and all”

Diana Vickers’ latest fashion line for Very.co.uk is out, like NOW! To celebrate the launch, the singer slash designer has spilled all – talking addictions and inspirations behind the 16-piece collection – starting with, err, radishes… “Vegetable prints were a highlight on the SS12 catwalks, which I thought was completely eccentric and so much fun.” “I found this amazing old curtain in a radish print, and instantly thought that’s a really cool print, let’s include it in the collection!” Dee V by Diana Vickers is the singer’s second collection for Very.co.uk and arguably her best selection yet (not that there was anything wrong with the last one mind). With prices starting at £29 – and ending at just £59 – it’s an easy way to tackle those spring trends without having sell your flat / car / Nan. Radish fan Diana continues: “I wanted to really play around with it [the radish print] – make the [radish] print bigger and better. It [the radish print] has ended up becoming a gorgeous 1950s style full-skirted dress which I’m in love with.” 1950s-style full-skirted dresses are an even bigger trend that radishes this spring – so someone (Ms Vickers) clearly knows what they’re doing. Radishes aside, is there anything else that Diana’s addicted to at the moment? “I’m obsessed with coats and jackets at the moment!” That’s that one cleared up then…hang on, there’s more…
“I can’t stop shopping for jackets and trying on other people’s jackets! I’ve invested in a good few recently, but I still really want a good long black jacket to wear in spring, so I’m still searching.” Erm, maybe you should design one yourself Dee V? Then we can buy that too. Then you can try ours on and all. Diana ignores us and continues: “My inspiration came from the 1950s and early 1960s retro style. I love all those old fashioned vintage shapes: lots of quirky prints and bright colours.” Ms Vickers may be a relative newcomer to the world of fashion but she’s certainly making waves – thanks in part to her Rockabilly new look.

“Diana Vickers is a lollipop star”

DIANA Vickers stakes a worthy claim for a catwalk career as she poses for her latest clothing range. The singer, 20, smoulders as she wields a lolly and flaunts her midriff in some of her designs. Other snaps feature Diana modelling thigh-high socks and parading her bare legs beneath a coat. The bubbly singer proves herself to be a smouldering sight in front of the camera as she plugs her Dee V line for Very.co.uk. Despite parting company with her record label last summer, Diana has made great strides in other areas of business. She launched her first collection for Very last May, her second in July, and a Christmas collection followed in September. The online department store describes Diana’s wares as “an eclectic mix of vintage inspiration with a cute modern twist”. Diana is also making a name for herself on the cosmetics scene. Last year she was announced as the face of Collection 2000′s autumn and winter make-up line, helping to select such products as mascaras, eye shadows, lipsticks and false eye lashes. Furthermore, the busy bee has been working on her second album, due for release this year.
